At Salthaven Travel Co., your journey begins with our expertly curated, tiered Design Suites. We offer seamless planning and personalized service to make your travel experience unforgettable.
We make it easy to decide which design package is right for you.

1. Start by choosing a base package.

Hotel Only | Complementary

Perfect for when you already know which 4 or 5* property you prefer. 

Benefit from our Virtuoso preferred partner relationships and receive added perks along with your hotel booking and confirmation at no additional cost.

Flight Only | $50 per person

Sometimes our clients just need a ticket.

Benefit from our flight logistics knowledge and let us help you choose the best route, airline and flight class for your journey. You will also gain active flight monitoring and personal support, if needed. 

Core Design Package | $299

For independent travellers seeking only the essential booking and itinerary services.

Includes all-inclusive stays, cruises, flights, and transfers, and an itemized digital itinerary accessible via our app.

  • Cruise line and resort matchmaking

  • Customized hotel or stateroom recommendations

  • Perks or amenities where available

  • Flight support and booking assistance, including monitoring for schedule changes

  • Two comprehensive itinerary proposals, and two itinerary revisions

  • Booking for up to six (6) guests, up to ten (10) days and one (1) destination 

Signature Design Package | $649

Our comprehensive, end-to-end service for premium and luxury travel.

Building on the Core Package, this suite includes sophisticated itineraries, detailed excursion planning, and reservations for dining and activities, perfect for complex or extended itineraries.

  • Detailed City guides

  • Customized itineraries and tours, including multi-destination trips

  • Pre or Post-Cruise vacation extensions

  • Car rental arrangements

  • Restaurant and Spa reservations

  • Organized Group or Private Excursion booking

  • Activity recommendations and ticket purchasing

  • Booking for up to six (6) guests, up to fourteen (14) days, and up to three (3) destinations

Diamond Design Package | $1499+

Our specialized, ultra-exclusive service for clients requiring high-touch support for ultra-luxury stays, cruises, yachts, or complex multi-city and multi-destination itineraries.

  • Exclusive property access and VIP amenities

  • Dedicated, high-touch travel modifications

  • Private transportation arrangements (including car and driver)

  • Villa or yacht rental bookings

  • Private chef arrangements

  • On-site spa service arrangements

  • Luxury car rental

  • No limit on trip length, destinations, or itinerary revisions

  • Group, Last-Minute and Accessible Travel is complementary within this package

The Accessible Travel Add-On | Starting at $249

Designed for travellers with specialized accessibility requirements, ensuring a seamless and comfortable journey.

  • Wheelchair accessible transportation arrangements

  • Accessible resort and cruise accommodation booking

  • Arrangement and rental of mobility equipment (wheelchairs, scooters, lifts, commodes, etc.)

  • Airport and air transportation service arrangements

  • Thorough vetting and communication of all accessibility specifications

  • Full accessible travel support from start to finish

The Group Travel Add-On | $149 per additional room or stateroom

Designed to streamline planning for multi-generational families or friend groups traveling together.

  • Coordination of adjacent or connected rooms

  • Unified flight booking for the entire group

  • Customized group landing page or private facebook group for centralized information

  • Individualized itinerary app access for each adult traveller

  • Access to beneficial group rates (Conditions may apply)

Last-Minute Travel Add-on | $199

This package add-on is applied to any new inquiry for travel departing in 45 days or less.

Design Revision Add-On | $49 per change

This fee applies to each additional round of changes requested after the initial two included rounds have been exhausted.

For the Core and Signature packages, the change fee is $49 per change. For the Diamond Design Package, all changes are complimentary.

Step One: Inquiry

The great journey starts with the right partnership. 


  • Share your preferences and basic information through our digital client form.

  • Before our first conversation, you will receive our Investment and Process Guide. This ensures you are fully informed about our service structure and how we advocate for your travel goals.

  • Review the guide to prepare for our upcoming call.

Step Two: Discovery Call

Share your vision during your complementary call.

  • A dedicated one-hour session to explore your travel desires, preferences, and must-have experiences.

  • We will discuss the design package that best aligns with your needs.

  • An overview of how Salthaven Travel Co. supports you throughout your travel experience.

Step Three: Design Phase

Once your preferred Design Suite is selected, the creative work begins.

You will receive two digital proposals to choose from.

Each proposal includes: 

  • Trip Overview
  •  Estimated Flight Costs
  •  Resort Information or Cruise Itinerary
  •  Transfer Options
  •  Pre or Post-Cruise Hotel 
  •  Travel Insurance Quote
Step Four: Reservation

We work together to polish the details until they are perfect.


  • Your input it vital. We include up to two rounds of changes to your selected itinerary 
  • Once your itinerary is finalized, we place deposits to secure your flights, accommodations, and experiences
  • We coordinate directly with our preferred partners to unlock amenities, such as breakfast, room upgrades and resort credits where available, ensuring you receive the highest level of priority.
Step Five: Departure

Our commitment to your journey continues until you are back home.

  • Before departure, you will receive your digital itinerary and link to your custom trip app
  • Enjoy offline access to all of your trip documents and live flight updates directly in your custom app
  • You can rest assured that you’re not alone. Send a message, email or call us if you need assistance, directly from your app
Step Six: Return Home

Our service transforms into post-trip care

  • A few days after returning home you will recieve Welcome Home communication 
  • Your feedback and reviews are valuable to us
  • If requested, enjoy twice-monthly updates from Salthaven Travel, including exclusive offers, important travel news and other valuable content
